  1. Linda Vargo says:

The Greek Butter Cookie recipe from the Holocaust Survivor Cookbook is wonderfully easy to prepare, and a delight to everyone who was lucky enough to come by today! Take a cookie or 2 or 3! Ha! It was good to have a meaningful activity that allowed me to share the occasion for having made these rich treats! Thanks to Rena Carasso’s Kourabiedes recipe and to The Shiksa in the Kitchen for sharing!

    • Tori Avey says:

Hi Linda, I’m so pleased you made the Kourabiedes for Yom Ha’Shoah, what a wonderful way to pay tribute. They are indeed delicious! :)
