JOI.org: Jewish Cooking Blog Moves us Towards Inclusion

The Greek Butter Cookie recipe from the Holocaust Survivor Cookbook is wonderfully easy to prepare, and a delight to everyone who was lucky enough to come by today! Take a cookie or 2 or 3! Ha! It was good to have a meaningful activity that allowed me to share the occasion for having made these rich treats! Thanks to Rena Carasso’s Kourabiedes recipe and to The Shiksa in the Kitchen for sharing!
Hi Linda, I’m so pleased you made the Kourabiedes for Yom Ha’Shoah, what a wonderful way to pay tribute. They are indeed delicious!
I just found your site and love it. I have to take a better look but it’s pretty amazing so far and I’m sure I’ll be following you. You also so lovely. Glad I found you. Love the good day segment.
Thank you Angel!
I appreciate that.
