Hi from Seattle.
I have a problem. My eldest son has learned that he is allergic to milk and eggs. And he’s trying to go glutten free, too. I know Passover is many months away, but wanted to give you plenty of time to come up with some ideas on what I can serve him at the family Seder.
Hope you can help…I only know how to cook with matzah meal and eggs for Passover.
Happy Hanukkah,
Helen Grossman
I have a daughter who is gluten free and dairy free. Passover was actually so much easier because she was used to no bread already. i substituted ground almonds for flour in alot of recipes (actually better tasting than matzo meal). And these days almond milk for passover is available everywhere. The no eggs is a tough one, I’ll admit. But most recipes can be passover recipes. I even made matzo balls out of ground almonds!
Good luck!
COULD YOU POST RECIPES FOR US GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE PLEASE! I LOVE MATZOH BALLS BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THEN GLUTEN FREE. I HAVE MS SO I AM GLUTEN AND REFINED SUGAR FREE. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT FROM ANYONE.
