 COMMENT OF THE WEEK

This comment came in on Facebook from blog reader Elayne on Facebook for my Persian Lamb Stew recipe:

I made this dish for Shabbat last Friday. As I prepared I realized, this is my mother’s beef stew recipe! Such memories this brought back. My mother hasn’t been able to cook since her stroke 12 years ago. And I brown mince garlic with the onions. Thanks for sharing this :)

It warms my heart so much to hear that my recipes bring back happy memories for people. Thanks so much for commenting Elayne!

Shabbat Shalom! Have a wonderful weekend. Stay warm!
